  • My session fee is $175/60 minute session. It's tough to give a one-size-fits-all answer regarding the duration of coaching, because everyone's situation is unique. The best way to figure out the cost and duration of coaching is through our initial intake process, which will help to provide us with a clearer “lay of the land,” so to speak. That way, we can develop a map for our work together. It makes a big difference to approach this work with the understanding that the change process is non-linear, and our work will progress at the pace of your nervous system.

  • No, I’m not a Licensed Mental Health Counselor—and that’s intentional—I offer a different kind of support. I provide trauma-informed peer support and coaching that draw on my own experiences and training. So, while I'm not a traditional therapist, I'm here to offer guidance and a listening ear as you navigate your path.

  • Therapists and mental health counselors are governed by state regulatory boards that determine the educational requirements for licensure from state to state. Coaching services often vary more from coach to coach because different styles are informed by different theoretical underpinnings. Coaches are often able to specialize in approaches and tools with more creativity and self-determination. There’s a lot of talk about the body-mind connection, yet the mainstream therapy world has yet to fully embrace somatic work. As such, modalities like Somatic Experiencing® are offered as postgraduate training for therapists but are not included in the required curriculum set forth by licensing boards.

  • No. Coaching services are rarely covered by insurance. For somatic touch sessions, I can provide documentation that you can use to seek HSA reimbursement.

  • I dedicate a set number of slots in my calendar for sliding scale clients. At the moment, all of my sliding scale spots are occupied.

  • If you’re in the SE™ training program, I am approved by SEI to provide personal sessions at the Beginning, Intermediate, and Advanced levels of training. These sessions last 60-minutes; the fee is $135/session.
