Jen Worth is a Somatic Experiencing┬« Practitioner and a certified facilitator in Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga, an evidence-based adjunct practice for the treatment of psychological trauma. Jen believes in somatic therapies for healing the nervous system and symptoms related to difficult life situations, trauma, other stress conditions.  She approaches her work with compassion, curiosity and respect for the innate healer in each of us. She meets each client where they are at to support and expand their resiliency and well-being.

Jen has a diverse background in bodywork, yoga, animal behavior, and teaching. She has been a bodyworker in private practice for more than a decade, helping clients with trauma recovery, injury rehabilitation and chronic pain relief. Her deep knowledge is grounded in her passion for anatomy and neuroscience and her intuitive listening skills honed through years of Craniosacral Therapy practice.

Jen happily collaborates with other health providers, including medical doctors, psychiatrists, psychotherapists, and holistic practitioners so that we may offer the most effective support and treatment for her clients.

Jen is a Licensed Massage Therapist in Oregon (#23738) and a Registered Yoga Teacher through the Yoga Alliance. She appreciates the restorative powers of nature, whether she's snowboarding, biking, hiking, canoeing, or playing with her young dog Zendo.
